US Import Regulations Update - August 2025
 
As you may be aware, an Executive Order was issued on the 31st of July 2025 suspending the duty-free de minimis exemption for low-value shipments to the United States. This means that, from 29 August 2025, all imports—regardless of their value—will be subject to duties and taxes. Items previously exempt under the US$800 threshold will now require payment of duties before they can be cleared for entry.

This is completely out of our control and amount of duty payable will vary based on the country of manufacture of the goods.
Starting the 29th of August, all shipments arriving in the US will be assessed using these IEEPA Tariffs. 

 

Shipping Guide

Kiwa Dive is proud to use NZ post & DHL Express to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are in the world. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible. Signature on delivery is available for an additional shipping fee.

          

New Zealand

Kiwa Dive offers $3.50 standard urban delivery for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched same or following day of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 5 business days.

 

                             

                              Australia

Kiwa Dive offers $9.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING  for all our Australian customers on orders above $50 NZD. Orders under $50 NZD incur a shipping fee of NZD $16.50. Orders can take 7-14 business days to be delivered to Australia, but please note we have no control over the shipping provider delays. All your orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. If you need your order in a certain time frame please choose the Express Delivery option which we offer at checkout.

                              

                             International

We do ship WORLDWIDE! Both Standard Shipping and Express. Standard Shipping can take 2 - 4 weeks days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city. If your country is not listed on the checkout page please get in touch so we can provide you with shipping options as these are all entered manually and we may not have shipped to your country yet :)

Please note: We endeavor to dispatch orders within 24 hours, during business days. Once your goods are dispatched and on their way to you, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking information. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping delays with postal providers, so please check your tracking number and follow up with your national post provider before contacting us about a significant delay..... We do not have time to chase up all standard post orders and we do not know when your order will arrive any more than you know. Choose express shipping if you are concerned about the delay time. 

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is best to check your countries import law prior to purchase to see if you will incur any fees before receiving an unexpected bill.
