If however, you feel that your kiwa belt isn't the perfect fit, simply get in touch, let us know why you aren't happy with your belt, and we will fully refund your purchase! (terms and conditions apply).
If your Dive mask is not a good fit for your face, we are also happy to fully refund you following the terms outlined below.

Perfect Fit Guarantee
If you feel your Kiwa weight belt or dive mask is not the perfect fit for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days for a full product refund.
We understand the best way to test products is by using them in the environment they were intended for! So, our Perfect Fit guarantee is valid even if have used it in the water!
Please check out of best practices guide in our F&Q section to make sure you are wearing your belt properly.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused the same condition that you received it. It can have been worn in the water as we understand this is the best way to test gear!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website (this guarantee does not cover our wholesale stores, they will have there own exchange policies).

Warranty
All Kiwa products come with a one year manufacturing warranty. If you find any of our products fail you in this time please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace the defect item or refund you. Please bare in mind warranty is only valid if you have followed product care instructions outlined below.
Care instructions
Belts: Belt should be washed with fresh water after salt water use to prevent salt build-up which can cause tea-staining on stainless steel.
Masks: Always rinse in fresh water after use and keep stored out of direct sunlight.
To prevent your masks from fogging scrub inside lens with toothpaste rinse thoroughly before first dive. This may require multiple scrubs to remove all the residue on the glass from production.
Buoys: Buoys should only be inflated to a maximum of 1.5 bar (21 PSI). Always take proper safety precautions with dealing with pressurised items and do not leave in the sun or leave for prolonged periods inflated to a high PSI.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you
If you are approved, we will refund you the product (s) price only (excluding shipping unless otherwise stated). Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged if you change your mind, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the Contact page and we will instruct you on the address to send your item to.
Shipping
To return your product, email us via the Contact page for instructions on where to deliver your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
